	Best self-rising flour in America
	I have lived across the country and tried every flour I could find. Southern Biscuit Self-Rising Flour produces a better biscuit than any top-rated flour in the country. Generations have used this self-rising mix to create biscuits, and MidState Mills knows what bakers need. I am not a local, so I'm not blowing this out of proportion: I'm a westerner who has made biscuits since I was just a little cowgirl. Please try this self-rising flour STAT!

	One of God's Children
	I enjoyed the buttermilk biscuits I made using the Southern Biscuit Self-Rising Recipe. These were some of the best biscuits I have made.
